Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called advanced property builders just to get information on the building process and they walked me through all the details even without knowing whether or not they were going to get my business. I know that I will be building a house very soon and will without a doubt be contacting them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you want a dream team for your next home improvement project, I would highly recommend Advanced Properties. From the moment they visited my home to get an overview of the project, the team (Victor, Nelson and Nelson Sr.) were honest, professional and genuinely interested in helping me design my new kitchen. They understood that I was new to the process yet had a certain vision with no idea how to achieve it. Throughout the entirety of the project the team was communicative and timely. We had numerous design meetings and they were so patient as I worked through my options and made choices. They personally accompanied me when shopping for the countertops and were there anytime I needed advice along the way. Most importantly, they wanted to see my vision achieved and guided me as I worked within my budget. All of the subs that assisted in my home with Advanced Properties were also professional, clean and courteous. I am absolutely in love with my new kitchen - both the look and the function ! I know the company handles major projects and mine was likely small in the scope of their business, but I felt like a top priority the entire time ! Thank you Victor, Nelson and Nelson !

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Victor rescued me after two bad contractors. He was able to pull together my subs and provide others when needed to get my condo remodel finished. He always answered the phone promptly and I was able to rely on him.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Victor, Nelson and their incredibly talented team are miracle workers! Managing this project from out of state and during Covid presented a handful of challenges but Victor and Nelson were there every step of the way. They were extremely responsive, transparent, professional, accommodating and a joy to work with. They offered great suggestions when at a roadblock and were always open to new ideas even if it was something they had not encountered before. They went above and beyond for me and this project and I couldn't be happier with the results. From moving walls, installing new sliders and flooring, designing and building new closets, completely renovating the kitchen and bathrooms to building out a bunk room - they truly made my vision come to life!
